During her seventh grade, she auditioned for Cube Entertainment where she later on became a trainee. Oh decided not to pursue college after high school to concentrate on Apink's promotions.

2011–present: Apinkedit

For the group, she wrote the lyrics for "What a Boy Wants", included in the group's second full-length studio albumPink Memory(2015),and, together with Eunji , the lyrics for their duet "It's You", included inDear(2016).

2014–present: Acting career and variety showsedit

Weekly Idolalong with AOA 's Mina and VIXX 's N , starting from September 2.In 2016, she joined the cast for the all female edition of the SBS reality showLaw of the Junglewhich took place in the jungles of Papua New Guinea .

whose title later changed intoFind Her( Korean :그녀를 찾아줘).The webseries, in which Oh played a stewardess, aired on March 1, 2017 as two 60-minute episodes,and was shared on KBS World Youtube channel in its original 14-episode format.

She reprised her role of female lead Yoo Ha-ri, an aspiring actress, in the sequelLove, Stay in Time( Korean :사랑, 시간에 머물다),which will available on Danaflix starting on the 25th of June. It will also be screened nationwide at Danaflix cinemas for four weeks starting on June 27, 2018.

In July 2014, she was featured in the music video for Jiggy Dogg's single "The Best Thing I Did".
